These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Regmaply. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
Regmaply helps you maintain an inventory of your AI systems, maps those systems to regulatory requirements by jurisdiction, lets you attach evidence against those requirements, and sends you alerts when relevant law changes.
Regmaply is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Everything in the Service is factual information, not a legal opinion. Using Regmaply creates no attorney-client relationship, is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction, and all compliance decisions remain yours.
We do not certify or audit you. Regmaply issues no certifications, attestations or audit opinions. Our badges state that you track your AI governance with Regmaply — they do not state that you are compliant with any law.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to notify us at info@regmaply.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
Regmaply currently offers a free plan. The Pro plan is not yet purchasable and any pricing shown is indicative and may change. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side. If and when paid plans launch, the applicable fees and terms will be presented to you at the point of purchase.
You retain all rights in the content you put into Regmaply. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display that content solely to provide the Service and to generate the documents you request.
You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload and for not entering special-category personal data or third-party confidential information into the Service.
Any document produced by the AI drafting feature is a draft that requires your review and completion. We give no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or legal sufficiency.
You must review every draft before relying on it, sharing it, or submitting it to any regulator, auditor or customer. Context about your company and AI system is sent to a third-party AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our rule engine, requirement summaries, required-action and documentation lists, alerts, software, design, badges and marks are our intellectual property. You may use them internally to operate your own governance programme.
You may not scrape or bulk export our content, resell or sublicense it, or use it to build or train a competing product or dataset. Badges may be used only by the organisation they were issued to, and only while that account is active with the trust page enabled.
We curate regulatory content carefully and show last-updated dates. Even so, laws change and are interpreted differently by different authorities; our coverage is limited to the jurisdictions and system types we list; jurisdictions marked "not tracked" are not assessed at all; and our summaries are simplified by design.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and the accuracy, completeness, currency or suitability of any regulatory content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. We are expressly not liable for any regulatory fine or penalty imposed on you.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your reliance on the Service for compliance decisions.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend your access for material breach, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Before deletion you can export your compliance map as CSV and download any generated documents.
We will notify you of material changes to these Terms before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that point is acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information in any competent court. Consumers retain the benefit of any mandatory protections of their local law.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them on a merger or sale of assets. Together with the Privacy Policy, these Terms are the entire agreement between us.
